Installation instructions

1. Open Data Sources in Veltrix and click Connect on the Shopify tile.

2. Sign in to Shopify and choose the store you want to connect.

3. Approve the read-only permissions. Veltrix starts pulling your Shopify data immediately.

Will connecting Veltrix change anything in my Shopify store?

No. Veltrix uses Shopify's official secure connection to read your store data only. Veltrix cannot create, edit, or delete orders, products, customers, inventory, or any other Shopify record.

Which Shopify plans does the Veltrix integration support?

All Shopify plans — Shopify Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus.

Does Veltrix read Shopify orders older than 60 days?

Yes. Veltrix requests Shopify's protected read_all_orders scope, so it can read your full order history, not just the last 60 days.

What Shopify data does Veltrix read?

Veltrix reads Shopify Orders, Products, Customers, and Inventory Items. Monthly metrics include Gross Sales, Net Sales, Average Order Value, Orders Fulfilled, Orders Refunded, Return Rate, Total Discounts, Shipping Revenue, Units Sold, Active Products, New and Returning Customers, Repeat Purchase Rate, Units On Hand, Low Stock SKUs, and Out of Stock SKUs.

Does the Shopify integration cost extra?

No. The Shopify integration is included in every Veltrix plan — Starter, Core, and Pro — at no extra cost. Veltrix's pricing is based on seats and plan tier, not on the number of Shopify orders, products, or stores you connect.

Can I disconnect Shopify from Veltrix later?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data Sources → Shopify → Disconnect. Veltrix immediately stops reading new Shopify data and removes its working copy of your Shopify data within 30 days.
