Your privacy is important to us at Veltrix. We respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.
1. About  
This Privacy Policy describes how NetSky AI, Inc. and its affiliates’ (collectively referred to in this Privacy   Policy as “NetSky,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information both   offline and on the websites, apps, and services where this Privacy Policy appears or is referenced. By   engaging with us, you are agreeing to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as   explained in this Privacy Policy.  
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites (e.g., veltrix.com and any other websites that we own or operate), our mobile applications, our   application program interfaces, and our related online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are   accessible through our Services.
3. Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with our Services.

Information You Provide to Us  

Account Information. When you create a NetSky account, we collect the personal information you   provide to us, such as your name, email address, country, company name, position, industry, phone   number.

Payment Information. We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe") to process payments, which involves   us collecting and sharing certain personal information with Stripe to process a payment for the Services.   This information may include your name, email address, billing address, banking information, payment   card information, and other billing information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or   CVC/CVV codes; these are transmitted directly to Stripe, though we may retain limited card metadata and   Stripe tokens for refunds and authorized payments. Stripe acts as our payment processor, with its   processing governed by its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). To manage the personal   information collected and stored by Stripe, contact Stripe or visit https://support.stripe.com.

Communication Information. We collect personal information from you such as email address, phone   number, mailing address, and marketing preferences when you request information about the Services,   register for our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us.  

Customer Data. We collect and store financial data (such as income statements, cash flow statements,   balance sheets, and similar documentation), human resources data, legal data, and any additional   information uploaded to the Services by you (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include personal   information, particularly that of employees, contractors, and other persons associated with NetSky who   access or use the Services through the Customer’s account (“Authorized Users”).

Usage Data. We collect and analyze data and other information relating to the access, use, and   performance of the Services (“Usage Data”). Examples of Usage Data include technical logs, metadata,   telemetry data, Technical Data, as defined below, and usage information about Customer Data, such as   how many times it is accessed. For clarity, Usage Data excludes Customer Data itself. Usage Data may   include personal information such as information about your interactions with other users.  

Customer Service Information (including training and quality assurance). If you call or otherwise interact   with NetSky’s sales, customer service or support personnel, we collect the information you provide to our   representatives. In addition, we may record telephone calls or video conferences between you and our   representatives for training or quality assurance purposes.

Information Collected Automatically (Technical information)

Automatic Data Collection. We collect certain information automatically when you use the Services. This   information may include your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie   identifiers, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, details about your browser, operating system   or device, location information (inferred from your IP address), internet service provider, pages that you   visit, information about the links you click, and information about how you interact with and use   the Services.  

Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, and Analytics Information. We, as well as third parties that may   provide content, advertising, or other functionality on or in connection with the Services, may use cookies,   pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect   information through the Services. Tracking Technologies are essentially small data files placed on your   device that allow us and our partners to record certain pieces of information whenever you visit or interact   with our Services.  

- Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed in device browsers to store their preferences. For   more information about how to control what data are collected by cookies, see below in the “Your   Choices” section.  

- Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded   in the Services that collects information about engagement on the Services. The use of a pixel tag   allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page or clicked on a   particular advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether   messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and other service providers to collect and process analytics   information on our Services. You can opt out of Google Analytics’ collection and   processing of data generated by your use of our website by going   to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Information from Other Sources  

NetSky Customers. If you use our Services on behalf of, or in collaboration with, an organization (e.g.,   your employer), that organization may provide us with information about you so that we can provision   your account.

Third Party Services and Organizations. We may obtain information about you from other sources,   including from third party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a   third-party service, we may collect information about you from that third-party service that you have   made available via your privacy settings.  

Integrations. We also may collect and store additional data received via integrating with Customer   platforms and/or other third-party AI agents. Such data may include personal information, particularly   that of Authorized Users.  
4. How We Use Your Information  
We use your personal information for a variety of business purposes, including: as enumerated below.

1. Providing and managing the Services or information requested, such as:
- account creation;  
- managing your information and account;  
- responding to questions, comments, and other requests;  
- processing payment card and/or other financial information to facilitate your use of the Services;  
- managing payments and recovery of debts due to us;  
- providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of our Services, including the   sharing of content with other users, and certain AI powered functionality;
- answering requests for customer or technical support;    
- responding to requests in relation to personal information processed about the individual; and  
- fulfilling or meeting the reason you provided the information.  

2. Communicating with you about your account, activities on our Services and Privacy Policy or Terms of   Service changes.

3. Administering and protecting our business and Services (including troubleshooting, data analysis,   testing, system maintenance, support, reporting, internal quality control and safety and hosting of data).  

4. Test, develop, analyze, and improving our Services, including through the use of artificial intelligence.  This includes processing of your Usage Data and or the Customer Data. When you use our Services,   including AI-powered features, the data you provide—including Customer Data, prompts, uploaded   documents, and other inputs—, including de-identified or aggregated data, may be processed by these AI   systems to deliver requested functionality, improve our Services, and train or enhance AI models.  

5. Carrying out surveys for user research and analyzing your feedback.  

6. Make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest   to you.

7. Contacting customers and prospective customers about products, services, developments and events   we think may be of interest to you.
 

8. Delivering relevant content and advertisements to you and measuring or understanding the   effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you.

9. Collecting information through the device-based settings which you have enabled.
 

10. Enforcing our agreements, and complying with our legal obligations including to disclose   information to law enforcement, the courts and other authorities.  

11. Recruiting and hiring, including considering your candidacy for employment.
 

12. De-identifying data and creating aggregated information, such as aggregated statistics or for   analytical purposes. We may choose to de-identify and create aggregated information out of any personal   information you provide to us. For example, we could aggregate information about email addresses our   users use to identify legitimate email providers versus spam providers, or we could aggregate the number   of users who use a particular feature to determine which features are popular.  
5. Disclosing Your Information to Third Parties  
We may disclose any personal information we collect to the following categories of third parties:

Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose personal information we collect about you to our   vendors and service providers. The categories of vendors and service providers to whom we entrust   personal information include vendors and service providers for: (i) the provision of the Services; (ii) the   provision of information, products, and other services you have requested; (iii) marketing and advertising;   (iv) payment and transaction processing; (v) customer service activities; and (vi) the provision of IT, legal,   accounting, and related services. This may include disclosing data to third-party AI services, which may   process Customer Data, including personal information of Authorized Users, to deliver requested Services   and functionalities, improve our Services, and train or enhance AI models.

Your Organization and Administrator. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization (such as with   your organization’s domain) or have your account paid for by another party, we will disclose your   information to that organization or paying party at its request and give such organization certain rights   over your information. For example, your organization may request that we provide extra security   controls around your account to protect information about your organization or your organization may   request that we link your NetSky account with your organization’s account to enhance collaboration. If   you are the administrator of a team, organization or other account holder within the Services, we may   disclose your contact information to current or past Service users related to you, for the purpose of   facilitating Service-related requests. Please note that your information may also be subject to your   organization’s privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of   our customers.  

Third-Party Platforms and Services. We will disclose certain personal information to third-party platforms   and/or services if you have expressly consented or requested that we do so. Please note we do not   endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the practices or conduct of such third-party   services.

Advertising Partners. Through our Services, we may allow third-party advertising partners to set Tracking   Technologies and other tracking tools to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g.,   your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). These advertising partners use   this information (and similar information collected from other websites) for purposes of delivering   targeted advertisements to you when you visit third-party services within their networks. This practice is   commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or   “personalized advertising.” If you prefer not to disclose your personal information to third-party   advertising partners, you may follow the instructions under the Your Choices heading below.  

Disclosures to Protect Us or Others. We will access, preserve, and disclose information we have   associated with you to competent law enforcement bodies, regulatory and government agencies, courts   or other third parties if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i) comply with law enforcement   or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) protect your, our   or others’ rights, property, or safety; (iii) enforce NetSky’s policies and contracts; (iv) collect amounts   owed to us; (v) prevent financial loss or in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected   or actual illegal activity; or (vi) if we, in good faith, believe that disclosure is otherwise necessary   or advisable.  

Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer. If we are involved in a merger,   acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets,   or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred in   accordance with our legitimate interests in administering our business as part of such a transaction, as   permitted by law and/or contract.  
6. Your Choices  
You have certain choices about we use your personal information, such as the right to opt out of:  

Email. If you receive an unwanted marketing email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the   bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future marketing emails. Note that you will continue to receive   transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested. We may also send you   certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our Services, and you will not be able to opt   out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding the Services or updates to our Terms of   Service or this Privacy Policy).  

Mobile Devices Communications. We may send you push notifications through our mobile application.   You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on   your mobile device. We may also send you text messages. If you receive promotional text messages from   us, you may opt out by replying “STOP”. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still   send you transactional messages, including responses to your questions.  

Artificial Intelligence. When you use our Services, including AI-powered features, the data you provide—  including Customer Data, prompts, uploaded documents, and other inputs—may be processed by AI   technologies, including both our own and third-party AI services, to deliver requested Services and   functionalities, improve our Services, and train or enhance AI models. Please note that even if you later   delete your account or certain Customer Data, the AI systems (including those operated by third parties)   may have already processed, learned from, or incorporated information derived from your data into model training or improvements. This means that the knowledge or capabilities of the AI models may   persist and cannot be reversed or deleted, even if the original data is removed from our systems.  

We may use your data, including de-identified or aggregated data, to train or improve both our own and   third-party AI models, including for the development of models that enable advanced data visualization   and analytics. You acknowledge and agree that you do not own, and will not have any rights in, any AI   models, algorithms, or services developed or improved using your data, and that all such models and   services are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its third-party providers.  

Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising. You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.   You can stop or restrict the placement of Tracking Technologies on your device or remove them by   adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are   not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt out of personalized advertisements on some   mobile applications by following the instructions for Android and iOS.  

The online advertising industry also provides websites from which you may opt out of receiving targeted   ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. Please note that cookies used on our Services will differ and you must separately opt out in each browser   and on each device. Your browser may also give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools.   How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. Since   flash cookies do not reside in your browser, your browser settings will not affect them.  

Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These   features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain   features on our site may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will   stop.  
7. Data Retention  
We store the personal information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our   Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve   disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our   agreements, and/or comply with applicable laws. The specific retention periods depend on the nature of   the information and why it is collected and processed and the nature of the legal requirement.
8. Security of Your Information  
The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Services will be completely safe.   Any transmission of your data to or through our Services is at your own risk. We encourage you to use   caution when using the Internet.
9. Third-Party Websites/Applications  
The Services may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may   reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not   endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other   websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.  
10. Children’s Information  
The Services may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may   reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with The Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information   from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent,   you may contact us as set forth below. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information   in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the   child’s account, or, if appropriate and possible, seek written consent from such child’s guardian.which they interact. We do not   endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other   websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.  
11. Changes to our Privacy Policy  
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there are any material changes   to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
