Account Information. When you create a Veltrix account, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, country, company name, position, industry, phone number.
Payment Information. We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates("Stripe") to process payments, which involves us collecting and sharing certain personal information with Stripe toprocess a payment for the Services. This information may include your name, email address, billing address, banking information, payment card information, and other billing information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or CVC/CVV codes; these aretransmitted directly to Stripe, though we may retain limited card meta data and Stripe tokens for refunds and authorized payments.Stripe acts as our payment processor, with its processing governed byits own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).To manage the personal information collected and stored by Stripe,contact Stripe or visit https://support.stripe.com.
Communication Information. We collect personal information from yousuch as email address, phone number, mailing address, and preferenceswhen you request information about the Services, register for our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us.
Customer Data. We collect and store financial data (suchas income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, andsimilar documentation), human resources data, legal data, and anyadditional information uploaded to the Services by you or received bythe Services through third-party platform integrations that youauthorize and connect to your account (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include personal information, particularly that ofemployees, contractors, and other persons associated with Veltrix whoaccess or use the Services through the Customer’s account(“Authorized Users”) or whose information is contained with in data sources connected to the Services.
Usage Data. We collect and analyze data and otherinformation relating to the access, use, and performance of the Services (“Usage Data”). Examples of Usage Data include technicallogs, metadata, telemetry data, Technical Data, as defined below, andusage information about Customer Data, such as how many times it isaccessed. For clarity, Usage Data excludes Customer Data itself.Usage Data may include personal information such as information aboutyour interactions with other users.
Customer Service Information (including training and quality assurance). If you call or otherwise interact with Veltrix’s sales, customer service or support personnel, we collectthe information you provide to our representatives. In addition, wemay record telephone calls or video conferences between you and our representatives for training or quality assurance purposes.
Information Collected Automatically (Technical information)
Automatic Data Collection. We collect certain informationautomatically when you use the Services. This information may includeyour Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address,cookie identifiers and other unique identifiers, details about yourbrowser, operating system or device, location information (inferredfrom your IP address), internet service provider, pages that youvisit, information about the links you click, and information abouthow you interact with and use the Services.
Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, and Analytics Information. We, as well as third parties that may provide content or other functionality on or in connection with the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services. Veltrix Customers. If you use our Services on behalf of, or incollaboration with, an organization (e.g., your employer), thatorganization may provide us with information about you so that we can provision your account.
Third Party Services and Organizations. We may obtain information about you from other sources, Including from third party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a third-partyservice, we may collect information about you from that third-party service that you have made available via your privacy settings.
Integrations. We offer the ability to connect the Services to third-party platforms and applications through application programming interfaces ("APIs") or similar connection methods (each, an "Integration"). When you authorize an Integration, the Services may collect and store data from the connected third-party platform on an ongoing or periodic basis for as long as the Integration remains active. Integrations may include, with out limitation, accounting and financial management platforms, project management tools, point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management platforms, analytics tools, and other business software applications. The types of data collected through Integrations will vary depending on the third-party platform and the permissions you grant, and may include financial records, transaction data, customer and contact information, project and operational data, personal information, and other business information. By authorizing an Integration, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share such data with the Services, and that doing so does not violate any agreement between you and the applicable third-party platform provider or any applicable law. We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or policies of any third-party platform, and your use of such platformsis governed by your separate agreement with the applicable provider.
Beta Features and Beta Integrations. We may, from time to time, make available features, functionalities, tools, Integrations, or other components of the Services that aredesignated as beta, pilot, preview, experimental, early access, orsimilarly labeled offerings ("Beta Features"), as further described in Section 2.10 of the Terms of Use. Your participation in the Beta Services Program is voluntary and is governed by the additional terms set forth in Section 2.10 of the Terms of Use. Beta Features are distinct from the generally available Services and may be under active development, testing, or evaluation. Beta Features may collect and process Customer Data, including personal information, in ways that differ from the generally available Services, and such processing may carry additional risks of data loss, corruption, or inaccuracy.
Where a Beta Feature involves a third-party platform Integration (a "Beta Integration"), data may be collected from the connected third-party platform through experimental APIs, untested data mappings, or preliminary data normalization processes that differ materially from those used by generally available Integrations. The categories of data accessed through a Beta Integration may differ from those accessed by a generally available Integration, and Beta Integrations may carry additional risks of error, incompleteness, duplication, misclassification, corruption, or loss beyond those applicable to generally available Integrations. Prior to your initial authorization of a Beta Integration, we will present you with a confirmation prompt or other reasonable mechanism requiring your affirmative acknowledgment of the applicable risks and terms, as described in Section 2.10(j)(vi) of the Terms of Use.
If you are eligible to receive compensation in connection with your participation in the Beta Services Program ("Beta Compensation"), we may collect additional personal information necessary to remit such compensation, including banking information, payment account details, and tax identification numbers. Any such information will be used solely for the purpose of processing and remitting Beta Compensation in accordance with Section 2.10(c) of theTerms of Use and applicable law.

4. How We Use Your Information

- responding to questions, comments, and other requests;
- processing payment cardand/or other financial information to facilitate your use of the Services;
- managing payments and recovery of debts due to us;
- providing access to certain areas,functionalities, and features of our Services, including the sharing of content with other users, and certain AI powered functionality;
- answering requests for customer or technical support;
- responding to requests in relation topersonal information processed about the individual; and
- fulfilling or meeting the reason you provided the information.
2. Communicating with you about your account, activities on our Services and Privacy Policy or Terms of Service changes.
3. Administering and protecting our business and Services (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting, internal quality control and safety and hosting of data).
4. Test, develop, analyze, and improving our Services, including through the use of artificial intelligence. This includes processing of your Usage Data and or the Customer Data. When you use our Services, including AI-powered features, the data you provide—including Customer Data, prompts, uploaded documents, and other inputs—, including de-identified or aggregated data, may be processed by these AIsystems to deliver requested functionality and improve our Services.
5. Data Ingestion and Processing Through Integrations.
Processing, ingesting, and analyzing Customer Data received through authorized third-party platform Integrations in order to deliver the Services, including generating dashboards, analytics, AI-generated insights, and responding to user prompts. Data received through Integrations may be processed using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including both our own and third-party AI systems.
6. Beta Features and Beta Services Program.
Processing, analyzing, and evaluating Customer Data, Feedback, and other information submitted through or generated by Beta Features in order to develop, test, evaluate, and improve Beta Features, determine whether totransition Beta Features to general availability, and enhance ourproducts and services, including through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This includes processing data received through Beta Integrations, which may involve experimental APIs, untested data mappings, or preliminary data normalization processes. Where Beta Compensation is offered, we may also process personal information necessary to determine eligibilityfor and remit Beta Compensation in accordance with Section 2.10(c) of the Terms of Use.
7. Carrying out surveys for user research and analyzing your feedback.
8. Make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services thatmay be of interest to you.
9. Contacting customers andprospective customers about products, services, developments andevents we think may be of interest to you.
10. Collecting information through the device-based settings which youhave enabled.
11. Enforcing our agreements, and complying with our legal obligationsincluding to disclose information to law enforcement, the courts andother authorities.

13. De-identifying data and creating aggregated information, such asaggregated statistics or for analytical purposes.
We may choose to de-identify and create aggregated information out of any personal information you provide to us. For example, we could aggregate information about email addresses our users use to identify legitimate email providers versus spam providers, or we couldaggregate the number of users who use a particular feature todetermine which features are popular.

Your Organization and Administrator. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization (such as with your organization’s domain) or have your account paid for by another party, we will disclose your informationto that organization or paying party at its request and give suchorganization certain rights over your information. For example, your organization may request that we provide extra security controlsaround your account to protect information about your organization oryour organization may request that we link your Veltrix account with your organization’s account to enhance collaboration. If you are the administrator of a team, organization or other account holder with in the Services, we may disclose your contact information to current or past Service users related to you, for the purpose of facilitating Service-related requests. Please note that your information may also be subject to your organization’s privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the privacy or securitypractices of our customers.
Third-Party Platforms and Services. We will disclose certain personal information to third-party platforms and/or services if you haveexpressly consented or requested that we do so. Please note we do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, thepractices or conduct of such third-party services. The data shared with or received from third-party platforms through Integrations issubject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the applicable third-party provider, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you connect to the Services.
Disclosures to Protect Us or Others. We will access, preserve, and disclose information we have associated with you to competent law enforcement bodies, regulatory and government agencies, courts or other third parties if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i)comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legalprocess, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) protect your, our orothers’ rights, property, or safety; (iii) enforce Veltrix’spolicies and contracts; (iv) collect amounts owed to us; (v) preventfinancial loss or in connection with an investigation or prosecutionof suspected or actual illegal activity; or (vi) if we, in good faith, believe that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable.
Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy,receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred in accordance with our legitimate interests in administering our business as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/orcontract.

Email. If you receive an unwanted email from us,you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email toopt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our Services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding the Services or updates to our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy).
Mobile Devices Communications. We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device. We may also send you text messages. If you receivepromotional text messages from us, you may opt out by replying “STOP”. Google API User Data
If you choose to connect your Google account or authorize our services to access
