Customer Service Information (including training and quality assurance). If you call or otherwiseinteract with Veltrix’s sales, customer service or support personnel, we collect the information youprovide to our representatives. In addition, we may record telephone calls or video conferences betweenyou and our representatives for training or quality assurance purposes.

For example, we could aggregate information about emailaddresses our users use to identify legitimate email providers versus spam providers, or we couldaggregate the number of users who use a particular feature to determine which features are popular.

This may include disclosing data to third-party AIservices, which may process Customer Data, including personal information of Authorized Users, todeliver requested Services and functionalities, improve our Services, and train or enhance AI models.
Your Organization and Administrator. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization (such aswith your organization’s domain) or have your account paid for by another party, we will disclose yourinformation to that organization or paying party at its request and give such organization certain rightsover your information. For example, your organization may request that we provide extra securitycontrols around your account to protect information about your organization or your organization mayrequest that we link your Veltrix account with your organization’s account to enhance collaboration. Ifyou are the administrator of a team, organization or other account holder within the Services, we maydisclose your contact information to current or past Service users related to you, for the purpose offacilitating Service-related requests. Please note that your information may also be subject to yourorganization’s privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices ofour customers.
Third-Party Platforms and Services. We will disclose certain personal information to third-partyplatforms and/or services if you have expressly consented or requested that we do so. Please note we donot endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the practices or conduct of such third-partyservices.
Advertising Partners. Through our Services, we may allow third-party advertising partners to set TrackingTechnologies and other tracking tools to collect information regarding your activities and your device(e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). These advertising partnersuse this information (and similar information collected from other websites) for purposes of deliveringtargeted advertisements to you when you visit third-party services within their networks. This practice iscommonly referred to as “interest-based advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or“personalized advertising.” If you prefer not to disclose your personal information to third-partyadvertising partners, you may follow the instructions under the Your Choices heading below.
Disclosures to Protect Us or Others. Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer. If we are involved in a merger,acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets,or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred inaccordance with our legitimate interests in administering our business as part of such a transaction, aspermitted by law and/or contract.

Mobile Devices Communications. We may also send you text messages. If you receive promotional text messages fromus, you may opt out by replying “STOP”. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will stillsend you transactional messages, including responses to your questions.
Artificial Intelligence. When you use our Services, including AI-powered features, the data youprovide—including Customer Data, prompts, uploaded documents, and other inputs—may be processedby AI technologies, including both our own and third-party AI services, to deliver requested Services andfunctionalities, improve our Services, and train or enhance AI models. Please note that even if you laterdelete your account or certain Customer Data, the AI systems (including those operated by third parties)may have already processed, learned from, or incorporated information derived from your data intomodel training or improvements. This means that the knowledge or capabilities of the AI models maypersist and cannot be reversed or deleted, even if the original data is removed from our systems.
We may use your data, including de-identified or aggregated data, to train or improve both our own andthird-party AI models, including for the development of models that enable advanced data visualizationand analytics. You acknowledge and agree that you do not own, and will not have any rights in, any AImodels, algorithms, or services developed or improved using your data, and that all such models andservices are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its third-party providers.
Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising. You have the right to decide whether to accept or rejectcookies. You can stop or restrict the placement of Tracking Technologies on your device or remove themby adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. Please note that cookie-based opt-outsare not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt out of personalized advertisements onsome mobile applications by following the instructions for Android and iOS.
