Installation instructions

1. Open Data Sources in Veltrix and click Connect on the Google Workspace tile.

2. Sign in to Google and choose the Workspace account you want to connect.

3. Approve the read-only permissions. Veltrix starts pulling your Google Workspace data immediately.

Will connecting Veltrix change anything in my Google Workspace account?

No. Veltrix uses Google's official secure connection to read activity metrics from Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Meet only. Veltrix cannot send emails, create calendar events, edit Drive files, or change anything in your Google Workspace account.

What Google Workspace data does Veltrix read?

Veltrix reads activity metrics from Gmail (Emails Sent, Emails Received), Calendar (Events Attended, Events Organized, Total Calendar Hours, Recurring Events, Focus Time Blocks), Drive (Files Created, Files Modified, Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Meet (Meetings Held, Total Meeting Minutes, Average Meeting Duration). The connection is read-only.

Does Veltrix's Google Workspace integration work with personal Gmail accounts?

No. Veltrix's Google Workspace integration works only with business and enterprise Google Workspace accounts. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported.

Are there any data limits I should know about?

Yes. Google Meet metrics have a 30-day retention window and are visible only to the meeting organizer — these are limits set by Google, not by Veltrix.

Does the Google Workspace integration cost extra?

No. The Google Workspace integration is included in every Veltrix plan — Starter, Core, and Pro — at no extra cost. Veltrix's pricing is based on seats and plan tier, not on the size of your Google Workspace account.

Can I disconnect Google Workspace from Veltrix later?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data Sources → Google Workspace → Disconnect. Veltrix immediately stops reading new Google Workspace data and removes its working copy of your Google Workspace data within 30 days.
