Installation instructions

Open Data Sources in Veltrix and select Connect on the Amazon tile.
Sign in with your Amazon seller account and choose the account you want to connect.
Approve the requested access. Veltrix will begin reading your Amazon data for dashboards, alerts, and answers. It will not make changes to your Amazon account.

What can Veltrix show me from my Amazon account?

Veltrix turns data from the Amazon seller account you connect into dashboards, alerts, and plain-English answers. Here is what each Amazon access role supports: Amazon Fulfillment — See your FBA inventory, fulfillment status, returns, and stock risks. Inventory and Order Tracking — Follow order volume, order status, units sold, and average order value without using buyer personal information. Product Listing — Review active products, listing status, restrictions, and listing issues. Finance and Accounting — Understand sales, fees, refunds, settlements, and payouts.

Will connecting Veltrix change anything in my Amazon account?

No. Veltrix uses read-only access for analytics only. It cannot create or edit listings, change prices, place or cancel orders, contact customers, or change any Amazon account or fulfillment setting.

Will Veltrix show competitor data, or share my Amazon data with other sellers?

No. Each seller sees only their own Amazon data. Veltrix does not aggregate Amazon data across seller accounts, and does not share or sell Amazon data, benchmarks, or insights to other sellers — including competing sellers — or to any third party.

Can Veltrix tell me about my Buy Box or pricing?

Yes. Veltrix can show your own offer, pricing health, and Featured Offer (Buy Box) status when Amazon provides that information for your account. Veltrix does not show competitor identities or competitor prices, and it does not create pricing benchmarks from other Veltrix customers.

Does Veltrix use my Amazon data to train AI?

No. Veltrix does not use your Amazon data to train or improve AI models. When you ask a question, our approved AI providers may process the minimum information needed to generate your answer. They are not allowed to keep that information for their own use or use it to train their models.

Does the Amazon integration cost extra, and can I disconnect it later?

The Amazon integration is included in your Veltrix plan at no extra cost — pricing is based on your plan, not on which tools you connect. You can disconnect anytime in Settings → Data Sources → Amazon → Disconnect. Veltrix stops pulling new Amazon data, and you can delete workspace history or request deletion of previously ingested data under our Privacy Policy.
